Well experienced in valuations, building economic models, accompanying M&A transactions, preparing expert opinions and preparing business plans. As part of his role, Ohad leads the energy sector in Prometheus and accompanies companies in economic procedures in a wide variety of fields and in cases that are conducted in the economic court, arbitration and mediation.

Before joining Prometheus, he worked as a senior analyst at “Entropy Economic Research” and before that at “David Boaz Business Consulting”.

Ohad has a bachelor’s degree (B.A) in economics and statistics from Ben-Gurion University and a master’s degree (MA) in financial economics from Reichman University
